Set to do great things for the Lord. Have clear visions and move on to fulfill the visions.....reachout to the lost to win them for Christ.
Be more caring as a leader, not as taskmasters of Egypt, but as shepherds to the people entrusted into your care.
The church is full of hungry souls, longing for the Word of life. Be ready to feed them.
Be practical and be an example to the congregation. Teach with your life and not just with your words

Do more reading, equipping for ministry. Never take things for granted thinking that Church leaders' job is just to fill up the speakers list for each calander month.
